Digital Libraries

All the students of the college are members of the library. The students having identity card are only entitled to draw books from the library. The students can draw only two books at a time and keep it for a maximum period of seven days. A fine is imposed against the late return of books beyond the prescribed time limit. The students are required to strictly follow the rules of the library to avoid actions for non-compliance. Book Bank facility has also been made available to the students to enable the students to have the full benefit of the scheme by which the students are entitled to retain the complete set of books during the entire semester. To avail, the benefit of the scheme students is required to obtain separate membership as per laid down the criterion.

The library is the heart of an academic institute. The BITS library is housed in a fully air-conditioned building with a seating capacity of 300 students. The library is fully computerized equipped with all other peripheral devices like laser printers, scanners and barcode readers etc. It has a very good collection of print as well as electronic resources. It has around 20,000 text & reference books. The library also provides on the Internet and photocopy services to the users. The library is also a member of DELNET (Developing Library Network) to share its resources and to access various databases. There is also an available book bank facility to all the students. Highly qualified, trained and experienced professionals manage the library. It is open till late in the evening for the benefits of the students. The Library also provides internet, photocopy and printout services. Separate Library facilities have been provided to BIPS and BINS.

Central Computing Facilities

The computer centre set up in each of group institutes provides internet facility for hostellers on 24 hours basis. The computer centre also provides internet facility today scholar students during college hours. Each computer centre is equipped with 60 computer systems of the latest configuration. The internet is totally working on Wi-Fi enabled system with a dedicated bandwidth of 8Mbps from AIRTEL.

Gymnasium

A healthy mind resides in a healthy body. A well equipped Air-conditioned gym having latest state-of-art equipment and machines has ensured availability of excellent fitness and health facilities for the students, faculty and staff members of the best institute in NCR Delhi. Instructors and trainers are available throughout the day to train the gym enthusiasts. There are two sections in the gymnasiums. One section is meant for general exercises while the other is meant for weight training. There are separate timings for boys and girls.

Transportation

Adequate A.C. transport facility has been provided for both the staff and the students of the college. The college buses rotate frequently from college to Delhi, Narela, Rohini, Rohtak, Gohana, Panipat, Sonepat city and nearby places. The college also provides the transport facility to the students for the purpose of campus interviews and other industrial visits as when required.

Bharat Group of Institutions places a high premium on the safety, hygiene and punctuality of its transport system. The university takes great pains to ensure these key factors and has appointed a dedicated Transportation Department to monitor the performance of the service. In addition, Bharat Group of Institutions has a fleet of cars and vans for backup transport

Hostel (Accommodation)

The beautifully constructed students' hostel at Bharat Group of Institutions houses more than 200 students. It offers single, double and triple-sharing rooms at varying rates, as per choice and availability. There are fully secured residential areas for boys and girls.

Hostel in Campus

The group institute has created a hostel facility separately for girls and boys. Separate mess and canteen facilities are available for boys and girls. The hostel provides safe & comfortable accommodation to boys and girls separately with modern amenities like desert coolers, geysers, water coolers attached with aqua guards, colour televisions, indoor and outdoor games, gymnasium, telephone, internet facility and medical facility.

Hostel off Campus

Special arrangements are being made for the students seeking to stay in Delhi. The students are asked to indicate their preference at the time of registration to avail such facility arranged outside the campus in the city’s residential areas.

The campus provides a mess facility that caters to the students’ requirements who reside in the hostel. It provides breakfast, lunch and dinner at economical prices. Special care is taken to provide quality and hygienic food to the student. Students can also get things prepared of their own choice on payment basis. A food committee is responsible for monitoring the operations of the mess, implementing and reviewing the mess policy.

Cafeteria

The campus provides a cafeteria facility that caters to the students’ requirements till late hours. It provides tea, lunch and snacks facilities at economical prices. Special care is taken to provide quality and hygienic food to the student. Students can also get things prepared of their own choice on payment basis. A canteen committee of the best institute in NCR Delhi is responsible for monitoring the operations of the canteen mess and cafeteria, implementing and reviewing the canteen policy.

Sports and Extra Activities

Understanding the importance of the holistic development of the students we provide various sports facilities to the students and give them a chance to choose from a wide range of sports via football, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, Cricket, badminton etc.

To create a sensible and socially responsible citizen the campus provides a platform to its students to render service to the society they belong to. Regular Blood donation camps are organized twice a year. Apart from that, the institutes’ trust organizes various health camps at regular intervals.
