Bharat Institute of Pharmacy is established under the Mange Gyanpeeth Education Society (Regd.) with the objective of providing quality education to the next generation pharmacists.

Bharat Institute of Pharmacy is recognized by the Government of Haryana and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi. It is affiliated to Haryana State Board of Technical Education, Panchkula. Situated in the heart of Sonipat city at a distance of about 15 km from City Railway Station and Bus Stand, the college is well connected by public transport.

The college is equipped with modern and state of the art facilities. The faculty members are well qualified, experienced and motivated. Duration 2 Years (Annual Course)
Entry Qualification 10+2 from Board of School Education, Haryana, or equivalent examination from a recognized board/university with minimum 35% marks (subject to change by State Govt. decision).
Eligibility (Subject to revision by State Govt./Pharmacy Council of India)
Pass with 35% marks from a recognized Board/University in any of the following examinations with pass marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics:
  • Intermediate examination in science
  • First year of the three-year degree courses in science
  • Regular 10+2 examination (Science academic stream only)
  • 12-year Higher Secondary Education Board Exam (Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Biology) of Nepal
  • Pre-degree exam
  • Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent

Duration 4 Years
Eligibility Criteria
  1. The candidate should attain the age of 17 years or more on 31st December of the year of admission. The age shall be determined based on the Matriculation/Secondary School certificate or its equivalent.
  2. The candidate must have passed the 10+2 examination conducted by a recognized state/central board and accepted as equivalent by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), with:
    • English as one of the subjects
    • Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) and/or Biology (PCB/PCMB) as optional subjects individually
    Any other qualification recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent is also acceptable.
πŸ” B. Pharmacy (Lateral Entry – 2nd Year)
Eligibility A pass in the D.Pharm. course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
Other eligibility remains the same as defined by the Pharmacy Council of India under Section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.

Duration: 2 Years (Annual Course)

Entry Qualification:
10+2 from Board of School Education, Haryana, or equivalent examination from a recognized board/university with minimum 35% marks (subject to change by State Govt. decision).
