General Instructions

Carry your valid Institute Identity Card while visiting the library.
Maintain complete silence inside the library.
Keep mobile phones on silent mode.
Keep bags and personal belongings in the designated area.
Smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited.
Handle books and library resources carefully.

Borrowing Rules

Books can be issued only with a valid Library Card.
Return books on or before the due date.
Late returns may attract fines as per library rules.
Reference books and journals are for library use only.
Damaged or lost books must be replaced by the borrower.

Access eBooks and eJournals.
National Digital Library Resources.
NPTEL & SWAYAM Courses.
DELNET Membership Resources.
Use all digital resources strictly for academic purposes.

Reading Hall Etiquette

Maintain silence and discipline.
Respect fellow readers.
Keep the reading area clean.
Do not reserve seats using personal belongings.
Return books to the designated counter after use.

Students are expected to maintain proper discipline inside the library and use all resources responsibly. Any misuse or damage to library property may result in disciplinary action as per institute rules.
