This year BITS Sonipat transformed into a creative canvas during Utsav 2025, the much-anticipated annual cultural festival, from March 15–17. With art, dance, music, and glamour aplenty, Utsav united the vibrant BITS student community under one celebratory umbrella.
Day 1: Drama & Dance
The festival kicked off with exhilarating inter-college dance competitions featuring traditional, contemporary, and fusion performances. Drama teams presented impactful street plays on social issues, with one addressing gender equality earning a standing ovation.
Day 2: Musical Night
The campus rock stage came alive with a performance by rising indie artist Armaan Malik, supported by electrifying student bands. From Sufi vocals to rock riffs, the atmosphere was no less than a mini music festival.
Artistic Expression Everywhere
Campus corners turned into Rangoli exhibitions, Street Art Walls, and Open Mic poetry platforms. Aspiring fashionistas showcased talent on the stage of “Runway to Culture”, judged by celebrities and alumni.
Day 2’s highlight was the presence of Bollywood actress Radhika Madan, who applauded BITS’s cultural charisma:
“I’m overwhelmed by your connectivity and freedom to express. It’s an artist’s paradise.”
Food & Entrepreneurship Fusion
The food court buzzed with stalls featuring local delicacies and international street food, all curated by student-run entrepreneurship clubs. Profits were donated to student welfare programs, reinforcing BITS’s commitment to social responsibility.
Talent Meets Networking
Through competitions like Talent Hunt and Fashion Show, many participants received mentorship from alumni in entertainment, media, and performing arts. The celebrity presence provided inspiration and real-world perspective on creative careers.
Utsav’s Lasting Legacy
Utsav 2025 turned campus life into a cultural revolution, driven by art, activism, and community. It emphasized the power of creativity in building holistic graduates.
